2. VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)

Starting from 1st January 2018, the UAE Government has introduced Value Added Tax (VAT) at a standard rate of 5% applicable to goods and services in the UAE. Cinemaakil is a ticketing aggregator and sells tickets of third party Cinemas on its platform.

VAT applicable on tickets is included in the transaction price and collected by Cinemaakil on behalf of the respective Cinemas.

3. RETURNS POLICY

Movie tickets sold online through this website are done so on a no returns, exchange or cancellation basis. Refunds will not be issued for an incorrect selection.

By completing your transaction, you are accepting this policy. Please double check the session and ticket information carefully.

4. JOINING

When you register we'll ask for some details about yourself. From time to time we may request additional information. Your privacy is very important to us and will not be shared without permission.

5. PROHIBITED USE
